G e n e r a l i n f o Congratulations! To the new Bride and Groom to be on their biggest and most important decision they will ever have to make. This is not about buying a car or plan an oversees trip. This is a covenant for life to be made. “..for better or worse, richer or poorer, sickness and in health, till death do us part..” This is reality folks, ask your parents, they will tell you. Don’t be impulsive, choose your Photographer wisely! May I give you good advice after reading this few lines? The best money spend on your whole wedding is on the photographer and videographer. What I’am trying to say is, don’t take the cheapest photographer. Ask me and my wife we speak of firsthand experience. Today we are ashamed of our wedding photo’s. Why? We thought we could save to ask family and friends to take the photo’s. If you want good memories, never ever think about that. In the same breath I want to say, don't get ripped off either. The keyword is to shop around and look at various portfolio’s. Bookings It is essential to book in advance and pay your 50% deposit to secure your date. The balance will be payable on or before the day of your wedding. Only cash or EFT’s will be accepted. Regrettably we do not accept cheques, debit or credit cards. Inclusive in our packages • After the booking we will arrange for a date to have an informal meeting to discuss some detail, ideas and most important to get to know each other. • Following that will be a get toghether for a pre-wedding shoot that will take place at the venue. These photos are also available at no extra cost. • Next we will be at the pre-ceremony rehearsal at the church or venue to get familiar with the surroundings and meet the rest of the family. • Photography starts with the preparation of the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. • Photographs will be taken of the bride, groom, family and bridal party. Also portraits of the bride and groom, and reception. Throwing of the garter, flowers and the cake ceremony. After that will follow the traditional photo’s, like the first dance, parents, family and friends. • Our normal day will end at the reception, not later than 22h00. Thereafter a fee of R450-00 per hour will be charged. (We usually work 8 hour days) • All travel costs up to a radius of 100km’s of the studio/Pretoria Montana is included in the chosen package. Thereafter R3-50 per km outside the area, to and from the venue. • A high resolution CD/DVD with the amount of edited photo’s specified in your choice of packages. • Just a reminder, there will be two photographers on duty the day of the wedding with backup equipment. Things to take note of: ⇒ Only your non-refundable deposit will secure your date with JCP. ⇒ Seating arrangements to be made for two photographers within the reception area. ⇒ Accommodation not included if we have to travel further than 200 km. Traveling and accommodation will be for the clients account. ⇒ Layout and preparation of the photo books and designer albums will be done by the photographer. The client will choose the photo’s for their specific album. ⇒ No discount for clients who wish to prepare their own album. ⇒ We deal with Q-photo and do their designer albums and photo books.
